I thought I caught a glimpse of her nipples, so erect that they were poking through her bra and shirt, creating quite a show. I’m not sure, though, since there was quite a lot of fabric in the way.

I gave her a tour of the whole office, then brought her back to my office, where I gave her a rundown of what she’s supposed to be doing here.

She seems unusually intelligent for a college kid. She’s got her head screwed on right, that’s for sure.

She had to leave early today. After all, it was only supposed to be her initiation day, get a lay of the land and that sort of thing.

Speaking of laying, I know what I’d really like to do to her.

It’s only a matter of time before I have her, before I sink my cock deep inside her…

I’m not going to let a couple of my own pesky rules about office conduct get in the way of what’s sure to be the best lay of my life, not to mention hers. It would be selfish to hold that pleasure from her. She needs to experience me, just like I need to feel her on me. I need to feel her body underneath me as I slam my cock deep inside her. I need to hear her cry out as she experiences the most intense sexual pleasure of her entire life.

I couldn’t take my eyes off her ass as she walked out of the office.

She’s coming back in two days, ready to start her real shifts here.

The time before she arrives again is going to be torture. I already know I won’t be able to get her off my mind. This is why I succeed in business. Once I get my mind set on something, I don’t take a break. I pursue relentlessly until I have get I want.

After she leaves, my cock finally settles down, and I get some work done. I call a few people into my office and chew them out for not doing what they’re supposed to. I get my secretary to reschedule some appointments here and there, so that I’ll have more time to spend with Ava. After all, she’s going to need some really hands on and personal training from yours truly.

I’m not going to let a woman like that go unused here at the office. Her talents need to be recruited. They’ve already been recognized.

Finally, it’s time to call it quits for the day.

I’ve never believed in any of that stuff about the boss being the last one to leave. I may work hard, but I don’t have any need to show everyone else that I do. They already know that I work hard.

Plus, they’re working for me. They’re the ones who need to show me that they’re working hard. I expect most of them to be in the office long after I leave.

I head into the dark parking garage. It’s cool in here. My Porsche is parked right near the exit. My key unlocks the door automatically, and I slide onto the smooth leather seat.

My foot on the clutch, I crank the engine, which roars to life with a satisfying rumbling noise. This is a car that has some serious power under the hood.

I race out of the garage and I’m cruising on the Philly streets, weaving in and out of traffic. That’s why this car is a real beast—it can outpace nearly anything on the road. Taxis and busses aren’t even a match for it. It’s not even a fair race, and I can swerve around them with the utmost ease.

I get home in fifteen minutes. My house is in a nice part of the city, actually in West Philly, across the river. Mount Airy, they call it. It’s spacious, but it still feels like the city in that it has plenty of interesting architecture.

My house is huge. And empty.

I mean, there’s plenty of furniture in it all the time.

But I’m hardly ever there. And no one else normally steps foot in it, except for the two maids who come twice a week. Not that they have much to clean. Oh, and the women that I’ll bring home from the bars and clubs, and wherever I find them.

That’s been dying off recently, though. It’s boredom hitting me. That ennui, or whatever they call it.

This is a rare day for me, being at home in this enormous house. Normally I’ll go right from work to the bar, the club, or maybe the clubhouse. Even the driving range. Anything to keep the rush going. That’s how I go through my day—a surge of intensity and energy that keeps me propelled from one event to the next, always riding the wave of adrenaline.

Like I said, I like to be active, so I head down to the basement, where I’ve got a fully equipped weight room.

I’m not doing Olympic lifts today. They’re fun and intense and the most challenging types of lifts, but I don’t feel like strapping up—putting on the belt and all the gear and all that.

Instead, I jump up to the pull up bar and crank out twenty pull ups with perfect form.

I drop down from the bar. My hands feel a little raw. The feel of the cold steel is good. It’s something real. It’s something that’s as intense as you want it to be. The cold steel bar isn’t anything on its own. It’s inert, unmoving. It’s all up to you. You push yourself as hard as you can. That’s what I like about it. The rawness. The intensity.

Without taking a breather, I flop myself down on the bench press. The weight’s already loaded. It’s close to what I can do max for reps.

My hands grip the bar. My back is flush on the bench. I push the weight into position, right above my eyes, before I start my set. I crank out fifteen and slam the weight back on the rack, breathing hard, panting in exhaustion.

I’m about to jump up to do a set of pushups. I don’t like to let myself breathe between sets.

I’m wearing just a pair of gym shorts that are soaked completely through already with sweat. I don’t have a shirt on. There’s a mirror at the other end of the home basement gym, used to improve form through self observation. I see a glance of myself in the mirror, my abs and pecs looking good. Could be better. It’s always good to keep working.

My phone rings. I’m never without it. You can’t be when you’re running a company as big as B&H.

“Horns,” I say, grabbing the phone and sliding the screen with my sweaty, roughed up hand.

  “Liam? Where are you?”

“Dave?” I say. “What’s up, man? I haven’t heard from you in forever.”

Dave is the company lawyer. But he ends up acting in a sort of advisor role most of the time. B&H is a fairly calm and stable company in some ways. That’s what made me, a relatively young and fairly headstrong CEO, big news when I took over the place a couple years ago. So there’s not a ton of litigating that Dave has to do. We used to go out for beers once in a while, and hit up the golf range here and there. I’ve even taken him out on my boat, one that we packed full of local models and ice cold beer.

“You’re not at the office, are you?” says Dave.

“The office?” I say, laughing. “You’re sounding like my mom or something, Dave.”

“You mean you didn’t see the news?”

“News? What news? When’s the last time there was big news at B&H? Probably when I took over as CEO. Hey, Dave, you should see this new intern I’ve got… She’s incredible, man. You seriously won’t fucking believe it when you see her.”

“An intern? Oh God. Is she young?” There’s worry in Dave’s voice, a note of panic that I haven’t heard from him in a long, long time, if ever.

But I choose to ignore that tone. “Yeah. she’s young. She’s like 19, man. Fucking body like you wouldn’t believe.”

“That’s not going to be good. I assume you’ve slept with her already?”

“What kind of animal do you think I am?” I say, laughing, pretending to be offended. “She just started today.”

  “So you have?” says Dave.

“Of course not,” I say. “Like I said, what kind of animal do you think I am?”

“I know you all too well,” says Dave. “And unfortunately now all of Philadelphia knows you too well too.”

  “What are you talking about?”

“We’ve had our first press scandal,” says Dave. “There’s an article out in the city paper today. I can’t believe you didn’t see it.”

“I’ve got better things to do then read some local rag,” I say.

  “Well you s
hould be reading it,” says Dave. “Because today’s headline article is all about you and it’s not good.”

I laugh. “An article about me? What’s it say?”

“I don’t think you’re taking this seriously enough,” says Dave.

“I don’t see how I could,” I say. “What’s some little article going to do to me?”

“They basically paint you as a womanizing scoundrel,” says Dave.

I laugh. “Well, they’re not far off, right?”

Dave sighs. “This is serious, Liam. This is not the image that a mutual fund wants. You’re supposed to be the go-getter. You’re supposed to be the super clean straight edge young CEO. You know, the guy who takes the reigns of a stalwart company that’s almost a hundred years old. People are not going to be happy. People are going to be pulling their investments.”

“Shit,” I mutter, realizing finally that Dave’s absolutely right.

  This isn’t good.

But somehow all I can really think about is my sweet new intern, Ava, and all the filthy things I’m going to do to her.

  Chapter 5

  Ava

“Are you serious?” says Emma, her voice rising in surprise.

She’s on her bed, with my laptop propped up on her knees. She’s looking at the picture of Liam Horns that I’ve pulled up on my computer.

I did just a little bit of internet searching after getting home. I scoured the internet for the best imagines of Liam that I could possibly find. My favorite is one of him competing in some kind of amateur—but still incredibly difficult and badass—weight lifting competition. He’s standing there without his shirt on, wearing skin tight shorts. His muscles glisten with sweat. Each of his six abs is bulging, completely defined and resting on its own like an island. His pecs are huge. And his legs… they look so powerful. I shudder in delight fantasizing about what he could do to me with those legs, how hard he could thrust with them…

“He’s incredible,” whispers Emma in awe. “He’s gorgeous! Damn, you’re lucky.”

  “He’s good looking, isn’t he?” I say.

“Good looking? Are you insane? He’s way beyond good looking. He’s drool worthy. He’s a serious piece of ass…”

“OK,” I say. “I get it, Emma. Now give me back my computer. I don’t need you to start… you know.”

“What?” says Emma, laughing. “You think I’m going to start playing with myself or something?”

“It sure sounds like it,” I say. “I’ve never heard you sound this excited about a guy before.”

“Well there aren’t guys around campus like that,” says Emma. “That’s for sure.”

I get up and walk over to her bed. I practically have to pry my laptop from her hands.

“So how was it?” says Emma. “Did he put the moves on you already?”

  I laugh nervously.

“Are you crazy?” I say. “No, of course not. It’s a professional setting, you know. It’s not like I’m hanging out in his dorm room or something. Plus, there’s no way he’s into me. I mean, I’m way younger than him.”

Emma lets out a laugh. “He’s not into you?” she says. “Are you serious?”

  “Yeah,” I say. “Why not? I mean, I don’t see why…”

“Let me just stop you right there,” says Emma. “First of all, guys love younger women. Don’t you know that?”

I shrug. “I don’t know. I thought that was just something for creepy celebrities or something. He doesn’t seem like that kind of guy.”

“Still,” says Emma. “Look at you. You’re gorgeous. You’re finally filling out those outfits. And your bras have never been tighter!”

  “Emma!” I say, scolding her.

Emma laughs. “Trust me. He’s into you. As long as he’s not married or something, I give it a week at the most before you guys hook up.”

I don’t say anything. My cheeks are flushing red again.

“He didn’t give any indication that he’s into you?” says Emma, sitting up cross legged on her dorm bed, facing me.

“Well,” I say. “He did… it looked like he had a bit of an erection…”

  Emma laughs wildly.

“And you’re saying he’s not going to be into you? I told you you were crazy. So… was it big?”

  I blush even more.

“It was huge,” I say. “I mean, I just caught glimpses… I wasn’t trying to look.”

  “Sure you weren’t,” says Emma.

“Oh my God,” I say, finally letting loose, ready to tell her all about it. The image of the huge, girthy rocket in his pants fills my mind to the brink as I try to find the words to describe it. “It was crazy! I’ve never seen anything that big.”

“You sure he wasn’t stuffing a cucumber down there or something?”

  I laugh.

“OK,” I say. “This has been fun, talking about…”

  “Your future boyfriend,” interjects Emma.

“Yeah right,” I say. “But I really need to go get some studying done…”

“It’s already like nine o’clock,” says Emma, yawning sleepily.

“You going out tonight?” I say.

Emma shakes her head. “I’m just going to go to bed early. Maybe tomorrow. You should come with us.”

“I can’t,” I say. “This internship is going to kill me on top of my course work.”

Emma yawns. “See you later,” she says sleepily.

I take a few textbooks, stuffing them into my tote bag, and get ready to make my regular trip to the library. Emma will probably already be asleep by the time I get back. Either that or she’ll have gotten a booty call from one of the guys in her phone.

I’m not even out of the dorm building when I realize that I’ve stupidly left my business textbook back in my dorm.

I turn on my heel and walk back to my dorm. Most of the doors on the hall are closed. Everyone seems to have gotten busier or more solitary this semester.

I turn my key in the lock and open the door.

  “Shit!” yells Emma.

She’s under the sheets on her bed. But it’s quite clear that she’s got her legs spread wide open. Next to her on the bed is her laptop with a ton of pictures of none other than Liam. The one where he’s shirtless is prominently displayed. Emma’s clearly got her hand down between her legs, pleasuring herself. She pulls it right out and slams her laptop closed.

  I start laughing.

“Damn, Emma,” I say. “That didn’t take you long, did it? I barely left.”

“You were supposed to be at the library!” she says.

I grab my book from my desk.

“Don’t worry,” I say. “I’ve got everything now. I won’t be back, so you’ve got a few hours to yourself… I hope you and Liam have a good time.”

Emma throws one of her pillows at me, but I close the door before it can hit me.

I’m not yet down the hallway when my phone rings. It takes me way too long to fish it out from my pocket.

  “Hello?” I say.

  The caller ID says Liam.

My boss is already calling me after work hours on the first day of work? Is this normal? Is this how businesses usually operate? It’s strange because he doesn’t even have any real work for me yet.

“Hi,” says Liam. His voice sounds even deeper and sexier on the phone than I remember it from a few hours ago. “So there are some big things going on at B&H right now. We need to talk. Can you come over?”

“Come over?” I say. “This involves me?”

How could this possibly involve me, whatever it is?

“Yeah,” says Liam. “I need to talk to you in person. There’s going to be some… media scrutiny. And because of the nature of the incident, I’m sure that you’re going to get dragged into this whether you want to or not.”

“OK…” I say, not really knowing what to say at all.

I haven’t even had my first full day as an intern yet and I’m already going to get dragged into some media sca
ndal? I feel like I already had enough on my plate. I really don’t need a media scandal now on top of all this.

  “Where are you?” says Liam.

“I’m on campus,” I say. “I just left my dorm.”

“Your dorm, how cute,” says Liam, chuckling.

I feel myself bristling a little. What, he never lived in a dorm? Where else am I supposed to live? It’s way more expensive to live off campus. Not that he would know that, being one of the richest guys in Philadelphia.

But he’s sexy. Even his voice is sexy over the phone. I can’t actually get upset about this. He’s just too damn sexy. This kind of thinking could get me into some real trouble if I’m not careful.

“I’ll send a car for you,” adds Liam.

  “A car?”

  “Yeah, four wheels, all that.”

  I laugh lightly. “OK.”

I don’t mention the work I need to do in the library. I don’t mention how I don’t have time to talk to him tonight.

Honestly, it excites me, the thought of spending the evening with him, outside of the confines of the office.

It would excite practically any woman. I think briefly of Emma back in our dorm room, having a great time with herself. She’s probably got out the vibrator that I know she has hidden underneath the radiator next to her bed, for quick access when I’m not in the room.

“See you soon,” says Liam. “I’ll tell the driver to take you to my place.”

His place? Wow, I thought we’d meet at a café or something.

“OK,” I say, my voice weak.

We say goodbye and he hangs up.

I stand here on campus, with a few students passing me by here and there, book bags over their shoulders and books in their arms. They wear campus sweatshirts.

I don’t feel any connection with them. Only Emma. The other students seem… not serious like me. They’re concerned with simple things. Going to parties, passing their tests…

I can’t connect really with the girls when Emma and I go out with them once in a while. I can fake it and laugh along with them like I like the dumb jokes.

  Liam, he’s completely different.

He’s not only older, but he’s a real man. He’s nothing like these college boys who the girls always giggle over. They just don’t do anything for me. I mean, sure there are some cute ones. But they don’t even look anything like Liam. And they sure as hell don’t act like Liam.
